Growth Intern
This is not a “nice-to-have-on-your-CV” internship. This is for people who want to work hard, talk to customers, and actually sell.
We’re looking for a small team of Growth Interns to join us for an intense, high-learning, four-week internship. One role will focus on the Norwegian market, and one on the Swedish market.
This role is built for high-energy students who thrive on conversations, momentum, and clear goals.
About Journalia
Journalia is a Norwegian AI health tech startup building technology that helps doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals spend less time on documentation and administration - and more time with patients.

What you’ll learn
How to clearly communicate value to potential customers
How professional B2B sales is done in practice
How startups grow customers from scratch
How to handle objections, follow-ups, and real customer conversations
How sales, customer success, and product work together
What you get
